With a better taste it is a viable surefire way to fast and lose weight healthy with no cravings.. i am living for years now from protein drinks before 4-5 pm it helps me through my paleo intermittent fasting way of life... lost iver 100 lbs in 3 years even put on some muscle... that hit works. when it tastes like crap even better becazse you eat less only to maintain you minimum calories of under 1000 kcal per day.
