Vlad Levitt This i ridiculous! 1.) 1991 or 1983 would make not much if a difference, but 1981 is not quite correct, since the "independence" was ratificated later by the UN and this is only what counts. Transistrien i.e. declarwd indepndence in 1991 too, but nobody else cares till to date - so it is still not recognized as a real country. the same with 1917 - just because a bunch of bandits (Petlyura was like ukrainian Billy The Kid) proclaim something, it doesn't make it legitimate! Imagine Billy The Kid proclaim independence of Texas! ;)) Does it make it Mexico? Do you get your "facts" from CNN or Wikipedia?

ALL of them are called ОKРАИНА / OKRAINA in slavic (russian) which just means (border/suburb/peripheral territory) THAT's WHY you see "no sense", you conflate the fake (even on purpose wrong written) NAME "Ukraine" for a state! There is NO state ukrainE, only russian suburbs / ukrainA! The only reason you see the mention of "ukraine / okraina" ОКРАИНА (UKRAINE) before 1993 / 1991 is because that word "UKRAINA" just means SUBURB / PERIPHERY or PROVINCE! It's NOT the name of that area as an alleged country! Any slavic speaking human being will confirm that! As for you, glorifying a war criminal Petlura (who's name you write wrong, which makes your secret knowledge even more laughable) he was as much of a revolutionary as Osama Bin Laden, or speaking in your way, you would describe then Hitler as a highly achieving artist, just because he studied art in his youth! Whether or not Petlura was educated is not if importance for alleged independence of a non existent state of "Suburbia" ;))) I mean "Ukraine" .
