I fall on my knees and Thank God how we got our house in rural america with a mortgage payment that's a fraction of the rent we were paying in a high COLA State in Spring 21 with a 2.875% 30 year fixed mortgage. We have a Double Homestead exemption, in 2024 we will save almost $150 a year on property taxes and when we hit 65 property tax STOPS. Moving 7 hours out of state away benefitted us greatly!
