Maine 'should' go to Trump, PA. and GA. are red states. Why does PA. have a huge number of electors when the state has been consistently losing population over the last 40 years? I'm interested in exactly how an Elector is 'produced' and on all of the criteria/requirements, etc.

I'm not confident at all that Trump will take Michigan. The state has been invaded with so many foreigners / illegals over the last 10-15 years and that's dramatically changed the calculus.

Seals the deal (supposedly), but to what end? getting to 5% does what? Makes his campaign/party legitimate? Then what? What about electors? RFKJ won't win any state, it's not going to happen. The polarization between the Left & Right is too blatant. Plus, for anyone who wants to counter the assertion that the loyalists to RFK Jr. should still vote for him if he remains on their state's ballot, it’s good to reflect that our last INDEPENDENT-affiliated presidential candidate was on the ballot in 50 states, and had participated in three national debates. The candidate, 62-year old Ross Perot received almost 20 Million votes, or 19% of the popular vote, and met the 5% threshold; however, he carried no states and thus received zero electoral college votes. The Democrat Bill Clinton won the election.
