Of course, one should first rely on their conscience, their faith, the moral values, common sense, and treat the Leader like a Leader, not like an infallible God. That makes sense. When any of this is out of whack, and a person(s) follows blindly regardless of what the Leader says, then yes, it then a cult. Loyalty is so inconceivable to most people nowadays, but not so long ago, the military in combat was viewed as a brotherhood that was loyal to the brothers (and sisters) and consequently more than willing to sacrifice their own life for the other.

  5. He's obviously speaking about whatever position within the Trump administration that would be considered for him and mutually decided upon. It's okay to show loyalty to your 'boss' and the common mission or agenda to be carried out.
