I remember reading a biography on Truman a long time ago, there’s a quote the Truman said he didn’t realize how smoky backroom corrupted the Democrat party was as he saw much more clearly as he moved up in his political career.   23. agree in the sense that every nation operating on a religious ideology continues on. Even the Shiites and Sunni’s can cohabit together. But a country that puts ideology higher than religion or state faith creed, and replaces the priority 1 of religion with a political system (democracy communism etc) will be shaky, weak, wicked, and or eventually crack and disappear. Knowing world history and the study of the world’s great faiths shows this to be true.
