@ΦίλοςΤουΑλήθειας that’s your take on it and I can’t disagree. I still believe the desire for a king was preferable to random numerous gods, don’t you? Yes I know God wanted to be their All in All, king in their hearts, but the people needed something in the flesh and tangible, so God “allowed” it. The Roman republic and the eastern orthodox all spread Christianity but that’s not my point. Endorse may not be the appropriate word, but God lifts up kings and takes them down.
