  1. You can feel how strongly he believes in the power of conviction, meaning God’s Holy Spirit convicting us of our sin, our unworthiness to stand before God if not for his son Jesus, and how important it is to be on one side or the other, not lukewarm.

  3. It’s a compilation of moments where one’s heart is moved toward knowing God and believing in His Son. We never know who, when, how, where, will be ‘the’ moment, the decision making, we just pray for ourselves and others that everyone comes to this actual place and time & chooses xyz.

  4. That’s his true calling now, no doubt about it. He’s living his version of his dad in the French quarter year after year. Religion is a “practice or methodology” intertwined with strict doctrine. Being a Born Again Believer is a HEART decision, the heart drives the rest of the being.

  5. Quite so. Accepting Jesus is a decision of the heart, all other decisions default to the intellect. When one’s dedicated to following the Lord, the Holy Spirit’s discernment wants to come to the forefront of the born again believer and default to decisions pleasing to God.

  6. Big props to Jordan Peterson for opening himself up 1:28 so honestly but briefly about his faith in God and what’s “terrifying”, this is such a lovely thing to see, watching him (JP) being drawn closer to the Lord little by little & ongoing. Wonderful interview!
