  2. Here’s the thing: a team of law enforcement were hiding inside this very building that the assailant was on top of! So yeah there was police patrolling the building inside their semi-windowless compound.

  3.  @goofygirl1311 I think the ladder is actually built in or bolted into the side of the building, it’s not leaning against anything.
