  1. I've lived in Pennsylvania, Georgia, California (S.Cal), Washington state, Florida, and Tennessee (where I currently live). I lived in these locations between 5-10 years a piece. I lived in Arkansas 6 mos. (full disclosure). Anyway, I can give you an honest perspective and look at the plusses and minuses of each. I will tell you things about the place that no survey/questionnaire is going to capture. Also, where in the state you reside is a significant factor, too, in regard to your experience and attitude about the place. And when I'm not residing at home, I travel all over the country from Alaska to Alabama and have observations on these places, too. :)
