  1. The cover of Cosmo is emblematic of the United States. This is Cosmo U.S. edition. Check out Cosmo UK and you'll see they aren't using the same cover. It feels like Cosmo wanted to cause some controversy and 'debate' with the fat lady cover, and it worked. However, not all weight gain comes from over eating or bad food choices. There are endless pharmaceuticals that provide weight gain and that's a fact. If you take the medication, you will gain weight. I don't understand the science of how this happens, but it definitely is real.
