  2.  @nebtheweb8885  the country was not founded to escape christian monarchical rule. The founding fathers were not for atheism, agnosticism, roman catholicism, judaism, or any other religious leadership other than Christian.

  3.  @DrewHall-un8sn  virtually all countries (nations) had a state religion with the leader of the church and the leader of the state (nation) who were one and the same. The U.S. did not agree to that. The founders did not want a monarchy or a religious figure to sit at the head of the American government. They wanted a separation of church leadership (and the opportunity for people to follow any faith they chose or no faith at all) alongside a separate and different state (national) head of the govt. You're right, Drew. Many people grossly misunderstand what the intention of Washington and the founding fathers were, and also denounce that there were professed Christians who wrote the original documents.

  12. Trump doesn't need project 2025 or its authors. Unfortunately CNN it's not working. This is one hell of a nothing burger if I've ever seen one!
