  1. Trump AND Vance did not act calm cool and collected today. They were both very annoyed, ill-prepared for today’s meeting. To have the world watching America patronize Zelenskyy was NOT good TV.

  4. @ they should’ve tabled the conversation and cut short the meeting. Neither Trump or Vance needed to chastise Zelenskyy publically at this event. It wasn’t presidential and it wasn’t mature and it wasn’t good optics. Period.

  6. @ yes indeed. I’ve been all-behind Trump since the escalator ride, so my support of Trump is strong. Nevertheless, Trump & company let this blow up & get out of hand. We the public shouldn’t have seen the adversarial back and forth between world leadership. Agree, personally I wanted Vivek Ramaswamy or Byron Donalds as VP. Vance should’ve calmed the rhetoric, no need to fuel the fire & get Trump worked up further.

  10. @ so is this a new concept? No! Trump’s not been an advocate & $ supporter of Z. & Ukraine at all. However there was no respect shown to or by either side at this event. We already knew it had to go to the advantage of the U.S. or else it would be a no-go. Zelenskyy wasn’t down with that. And that’s his prerogative. I don’t care about whether this war ends or not, nor do I care to support Israel or Gaza for that matter.

Had it been agreed years in advance that U.S. mil aid to Ukraine will be repaid in access to the country’s rare earth minerals & this put in writing upfront? No. The U.S. (my country) expects anyone that takes US $$$ is obligated to ‘kiss the ring’ & that clearly didn’t happen yesterday. Hopefully this has taught the Administration to be certain of success & have signatures of agreement already Done before live-streaming !! which was stupidity to the max.
