A man (Jeffrey Willis) was able to waltz into an Exxon gas station and abduct one of the workers (Jessica Heeringa) without a single camera outside or inside the store to capture the man or his vehicle. Now search for a major crime in any other first world country, like the creep who killed Grace Millane in New Zealand, and there's a security camera in every single corner of the entire city that was able to capture the killers movements. He was caught easily, but Jeffrey Willis only ended up being caught because a later victim escaped from him.
