  2. We have a very widespread campaign here in Australia about the coward punch and how easily someone can crack their head on the concrete and die from a punch. Seems this just doesn't occur to so many people. A punch to the gut will wind someone for a minute and give you ample time to get away. There's no excuse to punch someone in the face.
