@davidharden7575 Mg Oxide surely ain't trash, it's better than nothing. Glycinate is too strong for me so I take it once or twice per week, the rest of the days I take Oxide or Carbonate.

I thought that I was gonna break apart, chronic eye twitching, severe nerve pain, tremors, anxiety with dark thoughts... One hour after I had first magnesium bisglycinate tablet I felt severe boredom as health issues started vanishing. Now, after ten days of daily use, I feel finally normal and calm. It's beautiful. I'm rotating bisglycinate, carbonate and oxide, only one of those per day

it's unreliable source, as if soil is not treated with magnesium fertilizers, pumpkin seeds will have zero Mg

@ no problem. After years of suffer, now I don't have annoying eye twitches and painful muscle cramps anymore, so it all works 100%. cheers

Me 2. No problems from Mg Oxide or Mg Carbonate whatsoever, only benefits. I am also using Bisglycinate, but it gives me insomnia.

you obviously ain't deficient with Mg. I took many supplements before, but only after taking Mg my chronic muscle cramps and eye twitches went away.
