  1. After going 26 km by taxi to tell centrelink that my father had died, my 87 year old mother was told to do it on the computer. "she has not got a computer and has never used one." After she had a person help her get a login for the computer and did what she needed, the computer told her that she needed to go to the office. Thank you Nowra Office.

  2. Centrelink workers get nasty when you can do things by computer, but go to the office. People on Centrelink are poor, not all of them have computers or the internet.
