I would not touch that car with a 50 foot pole.
I have 2 cars, 2006 Mazda 3 2L and a 1974 Cadi 472cid
The Mazda has 485,000km on the clock. Got the car new. Money spent on the car to date, 2 timing belts (every 200,000) 1 cluch @ 370,000km, refinished all 4 brake disk 2 times, oil change every 20,000, rear end bushes.
Still has factory sturts and CV's. Only thing wrong with the body, KARREN hit the back 1/4 with a shopping trolly.
The Cadi has 160,000m on the clock, I shipped from the USA in 1983 with 96,000m on the clock money spent to date 4 CV's, 4 Sturts, new front disk, 2 new Autos, 2 full sets of bushes, wiper motor, timing kit. new motor and auto mounts, I could keep going with the list, the car is a money pit. only reason I keep it, is I use it for car shows (white with red trim) at car shows I put my BOS-HOG number plates on. I do like driving it on a nice summers day with the roof down, I keep it out of the rain, it leeks.
