  1. The drunk in bar law, the bar gets the fine and not the drunk. It's a good law and works. DUI (Dunk driving) is down, less people killed on the roads by drunk drivers. No more drunks falling down on the street, Less drunks getting mugged. more room in the drunk cell at the police station at night. just a lot less crime to do with drunks ........ I do miss watching chicks fighting but.

  2. The gate law is because some public roads are on someones farm, the stock could be in one part and the water in anouther and by shutting the gate you cut them off from water, or if you leve it open you could let them out on to a public road or the guy next doors farm
