You're not a teacher. If you were, you'd know that you didn't get time off. Contrary to popular belief, schools did not remain closed. We merely moved online, plus many SEN and vulnerable kids still came in and needed supervising.

@jobbyomoron8478 So did soldiers, pilots, nurses, doctors, ambulance drivers, paramedics, hospital porters... yet they're all heroes. But don't feel bad, mate - what you do at McDonald's is heroic too, at least for the drunks who need those McNuggets on a Saturday night.

@jobbyomoron8478 Sooo, on another thread you were saying how much you dislike foreigners and immigrants and now you're saying you don't like people who do heroic jobs. @GroundhogRoy Cheers to you too! And I like your question to this muppet - and I guess to anyone else who thinks teaching is easy money - if it's such easy money, why don't they become one? This muppet wouldn't even handle the 7 years studying just to qualify, never mind the actual job!
