Sorry Chief what is this Isolated incident it is reported 24/7 in the USA and once it happens Chief you must prevent it from happening again and any Officer involved must be fired and put on the Bradley list If I made a mistake in My job I would not be fired I would be in the Hospital of dead because I was employed in Explosives ordnance if I don't make mistakes I expect it of the Police it is always better to allow a Criminal to escape than abuse and injure an Innocent man remember the law in the USA actually says INNOCENT until proven guilty and you as a law enforcement officer cannot decide a person is Guilty when he is Not Qualified immunity must be removed there is a better system, especially for the Victim that does not Punish the Taxpayer and forces the Public servant to do their Job
