I always book my seat about 6 months before the flight I FIND IT INSULTING TO BE ASKED TO MOVE TO AN INFERIOR SEAT I pay extra for Premium Economy and I will not change for an inferior SEAT I want a seat in the Isle with one passenger sitting next to me if that is the exchange then ok I WILL NOT SIT IN THE MIDDLE OF A 5 SEAT ROW please do not insult us because we booked early it is not our fault it is yours take a later Flight and Pay more but PLEASE PLEASE DON'T ABUSE US BECAUSE WE REFUSE YOUR DEMANDS

  3. I am 83 years old i pay premium economy about v6 months before I travel long Haul (Australia, London) so if you want me to move it must be an isle seat with only one seat next to me if the swap is so a family can be together I find that Insulting Book earlier
