  4. These officers don't care about the Constitution, they will abuse every amendment because they Know that qualified Immunity will protect them. Even after a 4 Million dollar lawsuit paid by the taxpayer the cop involved still had a Job and the Only people Punished were the taxpayer All public servants must lose qualified Immunity and be forced to take out Liability Insurance with the Law No Insurance no Job which will result in the High Liability Officers will lose the Insurance coverage when the insurance company says enough
