I saw a Video of a man who owned a home Not part of an HOA was fined by the HOA 300,000 went to court the HOA had to pay for all the Non members legal fees and Pain and Suffering In other words use your Brain when it comes to an HOA they become dictators can you imagine Going on Holiday and 2 trees just died whilst you were away and then being Fined $2000 for having dead trees within a HOA I would sell up even at a loss and move out after I had Poisioned every tree on my Property

Never Join a HPO someone will always disapprove My friend lives in My street No HOA we painted the Tin roof and the Facade of his home it looked great then someone complained about the Colour so I Painted My Home the same colour she still complained after 2 Restraining Orders she moved out and became someone elses problem My Friends house still looks great
