  19.  @fireskycam9889  when officers in Court were asked have you don any training on constitutional Law yes was the reply but I have forgotten what we were taught and he has only been in the Force 6 years I served 38 years in the Military and now retired 29 years and was taught never assume always check I am an explosives' ordnance Engineer with 5 Digits on each hand By training every year there will never be an excuse in Court to say I forgot the Constitution
