This would never happen if we remove Qualified Immunity and forced these Tyrant lawbreakers to take out their own Liability Insurance and pay for their own Liability Insurance with a new law, no Insurance No Job What this means is that the More claims against Tyrant Officers, the more he becomes a Liability and insurance companies stop the Cover by their own tyrannical actions, he causes the Loss of his Job We also need to stop Police Unions providing free Lawyers when officers are sued, the Officer must be on the same level as the person suing them Then maybe most Officers will think before taking any action, in Australia, the Police stop pursuits in cars in the name of Public safety In Plain English, it is better to let a criminal go free than punish an Innocent person

  3. Only Corrupt Officers need Qualified immunity, the Honest ones don't get sued and I know what they did before cameras on Mobile phones became available There must be better laws to protect First Amendment Auditors from Abuse and assaults from uneducated people
