I used to use a store that had Promotions and spend $30 for each point which I did because I wanted the steak Knives the Promotion ended, and my 24 Points disappeared so I complained to the Company, and they said that was part of the T&C their Policy I actually accused them of stealing as I had PAID FOR the points Got Ignored that was 3 years ago, and I have not been back to that Store I now Use a store that gives me points for a cash Bonus, last year it was 40 dollars just for shopping and discounts when I used my member's card I told my Friend what the old store did, that is 2 customers who no longer shop there I am happy with my complaint, walking away they don't get my money

@tomlaurent8520 Not too late My local coffee shop put on a 10% surcharge for a Public holiday so I went to a coffee shop that does not have the surcharge on the same day I see these extra charges as Theft and I refuse to pay
