  20. Misleading conclusion at the end. Her tail is down when not active, even when active it's horizontal and wagging, not vertical. This is a calm, friendly pittee. Pittees with tail up, either rigid, or wagging rapidly, but narrowly, even when doing nothing, is high strung, and unstable. They are not to be adopted; too risky.
