Putin is holding back and let U.S./West bleed per Dugin, as I had said from the very beginning of this conflict, leading to the collapse of even NATO/EU.

I'm saying what matters is not some esoteric tactical razzle dazzle that matters, but the grand strategic foresight in winning wars. Ukrainians have been using JDAMs long before the failed counter offensive; Russia has massive advantage in artillery. Cappi has been making these filler videos too long.
