  4. @karlemids - No, that’s not what the figures say and nor is it what I’m saying. Looking at last 52 weeks. Done against a 5 year rolling average. About half below 1,000. About half above 1,000 to 1,750. Four above 2,000. Six are negative numbers including one of -1,200. Eyeballing 52 weeks I’d say an average around 750 - 850. I repeat. There are not 1,000s of excess deaths each week in the UK.
