@terminsane ok...pay attention...first off, you are muddying the conversation with socialism as a political ideology with socialism as a programs ideology...socialism not as in government-ownsrship of all means of production, land and labour but socialism as in the form of government-ran PROGRAMS that are more beneficial to the majority, more cost efficient and not for-profit motivated...such as Medicare or Social Security...can you image what Social Security would be like under a for-profit capitalist model???...one of the first orders of business under such a model would be rules for applying involuntary euthanasia as an efficient means for ensuring and preserving the corporate bottom line profits... ...there, happy with the conversation?
