  1.  @Wahawk71  yes, but the larger international union can act in an advisory only role to these grassroots unions (for a nominal fee of course). In other words, these larger int'l unions have no direct negotiating responsibilities, only an advisory role to these unions, not the employers too. Yup, I think that'll work just fine...now how do we deal with the mafia given they have been cut out here???🤔🤔🤔

  5.  @passerby157  unions friendly with employers is fine as longer as neither party feels taken advantage of...you attract more bees with honey than vinegar.
