  3. Jimmy, the key word is "government". The 1st Amendment only prevents "government" restrictions on speech, not restrictions imposed by private individuals or businesses, (that is) unless they are acting on behalf of the government. In which case, the 1st Amend would then apply. Hope this is helpful.
