  1. the Iranian people have been economically brutalized by the US and its forced allies for some time now. Militarily Iran, while a formidable adversary, would have little to no chance to similarily avenge Soleimani's death as well as to reverse the crushing impact these economic sanctions have had and continue to have on Iran. Then along comes this coronavirus COVID-19...which has already shown in China, where it likely started by the way, the ability to severely disrupt economic activity. Perfect. Given COVID-19's characteristics of long incubation period, high transmission rate and similar mortality to the 1918 influenza pandemic, this is the perfect weapon to inflict similar economic damage on the US and its allies as they have on Iran. While I don't believe the Iranian government would be irresponsible enough to intentionally spread this virus in this manner...I do firmly believe as plausible a citizen or group of citizens from Iran are capable of such action in frustration and retribution for how they and their people have been treated. Just a theory is all. Regardless if true or not...COVID-19 has well and truly passed the containment barrier and is on its way to you now. Good luck.
