  2. When you are the aggressor. When you are on another country's soil. When your aggression starts to go badly for you. It is then you typically look for an exit from that country. It begins with the soldiers leaving the field. It ends with the capitulation of its leaders. Russia is in a No-Win situation that only a true leader would now try to rectify ~ unfortunately Putin is not our man for this job.
