Russia has yet to win this act of aggression on Ukraine let alone acknowledge the number of soldiers that will be required to actually hold their Russian-occupied territory in Ukraine, which will require in the order of a 10 -to-1 ratio of Russian soldiers needed to control Ukraine over the longer term. Have these Russian foolish leaders learned nothing from history???
