Then merge Montana and Wyoming and award their 2 surplus Senate seats to California (demerge into North and South California if need be). See. No flag changes are needed as still 50 stars. Biden was far from being my first choice to replace Spanky Bonespurs, but I will still support him over the FORMER non-presidential President each and every day of the week. @Mommahonk you do realise that eventually you have to pay back debt incurred. No one seems to have told Spanky that during his time in office. Then again Spanky Bonespurs was never known as one to pay back his debts.
