@537monster we've already abandoned them, several times now. The US has been burning their loyalty and trust bridges for quite some time now.

@537monster that was NOT what I said and you know it. Two things; one, if we convert our society to EVs we dramatically reduce and possibly eliminate our demand for fossil fuels from the middle east and two, if we legalize, regulate and tax all plant & fungi derived drugs, we then create the opportunity for countries like Afghanistan to build a legal export business upon.
