  3.  @rawworking  and where do you think Amendments to the Constitution originated? It was never intended to be a set and forget constitution by the founding fathers (yes male dominated regretfully), as our long string of amendments to the constitution will attest to. To advocates of the original set of "rules", it would be very dangerous to dump the constitution now given the current lack of bipartician common ground in politics and the lack of biparticianship necessary in society in general.
