@shanansimmons1159 You clearly have no idea what the law says or how it works. You cant even figure out how to use proper capitalization and punctuation! Embarrassing yourself hahaha
1
@shanansimmons1159 There is nothing vague about the 14th. The very first words are "ALL PERSONS" What dont you understand about that? hahahaha
1
@shanansimmons1159 Wrong again! Tell us without telling us you dont know your history. Notice how it says "All persons", not "just free slaves" lol
1
@shanansimmons1159 Since you clearly dont know your history I suggest you read up on United States v. Wong Kim Ark
1
@shanansimmons1159 Ill get you stared with some quotes from the courts ruling. "the Court reasoned that “the opening sentence of the Fourteenth Amendment is throughout affirmative and declaratory, intended to allay doubts and to settle controversies which had arisen, and not to impose any new restrictions upon citizenship.”
1
@shanansimmons1159 "The Court therefore interpreted that “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” qualification of the Fourteenth Amendment applies to children of foreign citizens in the United States" Better luck next time!
1
@ Still embarrassing yourself I see 😂

@ Dont start crying to me now. Next time just do your homework before you start posting. Its not hard hahaha
1
@dtandersen Wrong. This has nothing to do with English common law sorry!
1
@dtandersen The constitution and supreme court have already defined the meaning of jurisdiction. its quite clear. It applies to everyone whos present in the US. Educate yourself
1
@dtandersen “the jurisdiction of the nation within its own territory is necessarily exclusive and absolute. It is susceptible of no limitation not imposed by itself.” The Court therefore interpreted that “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” qualification of the Fourteenth Amendment applies to children of foreign citizens in the United States"

@jaymo4ever Nationality has literally nothing to do with anything lol
1
@jaymo4ever No, the law doesn't explicitly require illegals to be deported.
1
@jaymo4ever what asylum fraud? Specifically
1
@jaymo4ever Did you know that the vast majority of the people you call illegal have been allowed to say in the country by a federal judge? Bet not
