Anyone really thinking knows that for the same actions, no other person in the country would ever face those charges, ever be subject to a trial run in that fashion, ever be found guilty on such a thin pretext, or ever be rushed to sentencing in the manner planned. The justice system was re-invented for this case.

  5. He's wrong in at least one way: The market has knocked down the share prices of Canadian oil producers (esp. ones with little refining capacity), showing that it takes the threat seriously. So if you are skeptical on tariffs, look at CNQ, CVE, SU, IMO, e.g. Btw, the video description is for some entirely different video.

  7. Yeah, same here. Tbh, in 2016-17 I was this guy. Although I was quite displeased with the Democrats and had a serious disliking for Hillary Clinton, I felt Trump was along the lines of an immoral monster, far from clever enough, and tacky beyond belief. Then I observed and contemplated things a lot more carefully.

  8. ​ @1001Balance  I still do disapprove strongly of his private conduct. Nonetheless I still find he holds the edge in that regard over his opponent. Far more importantly yet, his political policies are vastly more salutary for the United States. I recommend observing and contemplating things with greater care. I myself, having unwisely paid insufficient attention for some years, undertook to examine whether my longstanding trust in the established news media was still justified. I found, to my horror and embarrassment, that it was not. It may also be necessary to fight back fear of opprobrium in your social circle. Trust and fear: useful and necessary, except when they're damaging. Monitor constantly. Thanks for your germane and sincere reply.
