@Skyfoogle No it's not. It's Sydney, Stockholm, and Mumbai. Anyone who adds the country or province name to a city known worldwide is a rustic of some kind. Tokyo, never Tokyo, Japan. Chicago, never Chicago, Illinois.

@patton3rd1 It is a Dutch name. But as far as I know, Dutch names starting with Van are not stressed on the first syllable. Dutch people, please correct me if that's not true.
