Russia: "Ukraine is terrible, attacking us for occupying Ukraine. The world must condemn this criminal aggression." World: "Crimea river."

Aesop's fox: "Mmm, those grapes look so succulent, so sweet." [Cannot reach them.] "Who cares? They were probably sour."

@jamesginty6684 Sorry, Kremlinite. Pushing for negotiations simply indicates you know you're losing. Go on to Russian social media and suggest a total withdrawal instead.
14
@jamesginty6684 Stop posting duplicate comments. You put the identical one up 9 minutes earlier.

Ukrainian drone operator dropping ordnance onto Russian column: "Here's a present from Ukraine. Divide it amongst yourselves."
11
How about this one?: Born to be ruled.
10
@dispmonk Mexico: "Hey, stop comparing us to Russia!"

Yet Russians tell each other they haven't won yet only because they aren't trying hard and are instead treading delicately so they don't harm any Ukrainian civilians. 🙄 After the war Ukraine should make money training foreign armies (of good countries) how to fend off invasions.

Dying mercenaries only means saved wages and higher profits for the Wagner company owner. He likes it!

@bellsTheorem1138 True. Iberia was part of the caliphate for several centuries and it was decidedly the last part of Western Europe to gain liberal freedoms and democracy. It was less than 50 years ago. As we all know, even its former colonies struggle with the problem, from the Rio Grande to Tierra del Fuego. I watched a video about the mountainside crash of a commercial jetliner in Latin America, the investigation of which determined that the co-pilot knew the plane was running out of fuel but kept submitting to the angry authority of the captain, who basically kept telling him to shut up, until it was too late. Massive re-training was necessary to change the master-and-servant work culture. (The fact that at least they did it is very positive, but let's face it, airplane cockpits are a microscopic portion of society.)

@Na0uta Omg, no one failed to notice that.😆

The prosecution of the war is as mad as the war itself! God, I hope we will be surprised soon with some sort of let-up.
5
Could a knowledgeable speaker of Russian locate these accents for us, please? Where are these people from? And what about in society, which social class?
5
It better be a really big shortage. Tesla has managed by sheer brilliance to get by with serious chip shortages over 2021-22.
5
Putzin meeting a fate like that of Mussolini: "He's just hanging by his feet for health purposes."
4
Agreed. More than anything else the high ruble indicates a precipitous drop in imports, some of them unneeded but a great many of them crucial to a properly functioning country.
4
This guy is 27? Wow, he looks a couple of decades older.
4
Time to start hammering Belgorod.
4
It looks like his chin implant started growing and took over his face. Maybe that gave him the idea to invade Ukraine.
4
Old horses must eventually become glue and dog food.

Leaders of the free countries of the world: Give these men what they need! Now! 🇺🇦

@kurtwinslow9770 Agreed. Putin: "I'd like your backing to waste my army on Ukraine and trash my economy." Xi: "Backing? Why, my dear boy, I insist. Heh heh." [Turns around, rubs hands]

In my view the presenter is a credible and likeable person. Her pacing is perfect and her enunciation is strong. In addition the program is written to a good standard of English, which I appreciate. I imagine she is one of the writers as well, maybe a supervising editor in addition to all that. To boost viewership she should be given a nice English pronunciation app for her phone. I am new to the channel and I like it. Subscribed.

One Russia expert said he was a street punk in Leningrad (de facto fatherless, for whatever reason). Many of his friends from adolescence ended up in prison. Putin deviated from their path slightly, ending up in the KGB.
3
Russia's effort to demilitarize Ukraine is encountering repeated snags. 😄
3
If anything it's a reason to take some pride. I mean, look how bad you could be, and you're not.
3
Yes! Let's hear the same things repeated by the French president, the German chancellor, all other NATO country leaders, and leaders around the world. You too, India. You too, China. Show some decency.
3
Or make Ukraine the 51st US state.
3
"Consummate professional" Fair statement.👏
3
Losing 700k useful people (young, educated, productive or rich; some who are all four) is really bad for a shaky, lower-middle income economy under heavy sanctions from abroad. It will just make the slow-acting economic poison of sanctions work faster.
3
Too bad you savaged the better parts of yourself. What's left is a revolting mess.
3
Why do you use a hero-portrait of Stalin as your avatar unless you admire him? If it's a joke it's not funny. Would it also be cool to use one of Hi tler? 🤡
3
Considering it's the English service of the national broadcaster, you have a bit of a point. The pronunciation is a minus. However, the content is great.
2
How old is this interview? It seems to be from the period between when Putin shut off the Nordstream and when it was blown up.
2
@kdc6884 Hah! You will see. There are good reasons the F-16 is still in production with an order backlog of a decade.
2
Promos cover the subtitles towards the end of the video. Could you please get those off there?
2
They're not priests of anything or anyone, they're just in business.
2
Madam, I salute you.
2
@sumiland6445 Thank you.
2
@crazyfloridaman3073 Oh? Then work on your writing skills, Pooty-bot. You should have made it "I don't care", not "Nobody cares." (Nobody = not one person) Have a nice day.
2
@anasmferreira Thank you for that. I imagine she's some kind of fake campus activist. Can't write, doesn't use punctuation, poor grammar ("I seen" "wars is"). Makes knee-jerk attacks on political centrism, which to her looks 'reactionary' from her Left Pole residence. Just a moral poseur identical to so very many others that plague our era.
2
You have an excellent PM. Respect to the Danes for electing her.🇩🇰
2
Correct. But people should know that this has nothing to do with radioactivity or any type of explosive or nuclear properties. It's because it's a denser, heavier and tougher metal.
2
I'm sticking with "Putzin", although the simple substitution of "Putrid" works well too.
2
@MA-fg5hz Oh ok. 😁
2
Good report. Thanks. Germany should follow through on its commitments. They will look inexpensive compared to what it could cost them later. On that note, btw, it should also apologize to the US for laughing at its warnings about Nordstream and dependence on Russian energy. Look how that little cost-saving exercise turned out.
2
Executing prisoners of war. Just more proof that Russia can't quite shake off feudalism and still has one foot in the Middle Ages.
2
Putin just has the standard mentality of a lower-middle-class Russian man with something to prove: he thinks Russian greatness is assured by its having a thick layer of subordinated countries surrounding it. And when Russia is great he can consider himself great too, no matter how third-rate in the highest aspects he may in fact be. (Limited-success American men, and no small number of women too, are the same in that last respect.) Many people suppose that the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact countries alongside it were a communist agglomeration, but really it was just a Russian empire, successor to that of the tsars before it.
2
Yes, and perhaps sung also. Maybe we can use the tune of the Bayraktar song.
2
@amcleanYT Thanks for the Kremlin foreign ministry spokesman psychopath point of view. You have no right to sleep at night—ever again.
