You're harder to control as a supporter. The preferred motivation is fear, because the compliance it generates is far more dependable. Being a lifelong liberal (in the centrist sense that began disappearing 20 years ago) I somewhat trusted liberal media's take on him. Then I had an actual look-in. It was thanks to the fact that I had already gone from a certain skepticism of the media to a full-blown realization that they had totally gone to pot, and now deserve next to zero trust. It all means that, in some places, when a homeless person gets a job and accommodations, his or her standard of living goes way, way down.
