  1. Leave Ukraine out of this. The money going to that is the best-spent money there is. If that shit gets out of hand from lack of action, the whole US could be a hundred trillion dollars poorer ten or 20 years from now. Compared to that, what is being spent now is lunch money. If you really want Ukraine-assistance type money for helping DC and Baltimore, go out to Silicon Valley and hoover it up in taxes on billionaires and Big Tech profits.
