  1. Please don't say "ex-PEER-i-MENT-al." I know you didn't learn to pronounce that word like that until adulthood. Maybe it's not that big a deal, but maybe it's extremely weird to start pronouncing words in a previously unknown way, just because it's catching on with a minority of children and younger adults. It's "ex-PAIR-i-MENT-al."
