  5. In other words, democracy is not for nit-wits. It just isn't. It soon collapses into tyranny, and maybe it ought to from the perspective of moral justice. If they allow stupidity to suffuse themselves, they don't deserve democracy.

  8.  @deesanjreeyuuccfji  Because merchant shipping and other marine traffic is already secure around the American coasts. There's no need for Chinese navy patrols. (Likewise the US navy isn't constantly bullying Canada and Mexico, actively threatening to invade and annex them, so there's no need for foreign navies to act as a bulwark for those nations' sovereignty.) Btw, the logic of the phrase "US international waters" tickles the brain.
