  1.  @jerrybessetteDIY  Not rude but maybe a bit misanthropic. After all, a human is every bit as much a part of Earth as any other part, living or non-living. And since the rocky part of Earth cannot care about anything, why is its indifference worth the mention? Is it something to admire or emulate? Possibly I didn't fully understand you.🙂

  2.  @franciskeys9810  The earth is everything from its very centre to its outermost atmosphere. I wonder how you can even ask. Do you doubt whether you yourself are part of Earth? That'd be weird, because of course you're part of it. So is a bird in flight, or an airplane for that matter.

A birth rate persistently too low bears a relation to one persistently too high which is similar to that of monetary deflation to high inflation: overall it may be even more scary and harmful, lead to strange and terrible things, and in a longstanding case practically defy correction.
