  16.  @mrbaab5932  Mostly fake claim. Megatons of US dairy products enter Canada duty-free or at a 7.5% tariff. I've got some in my fridge right now. A high tariff kicks in after large quotas at zero-to-low tariffs. But thanks for the US Dairy Assoc. point of view.

  17.  @laynecox3992  Little truth to that. Learn more about oil refining. Some refineries could be tweaked over a period of months at considerable expense and with reduced output. Most would need to be ripped apart after extensive planning and rebuilt over a period of years, at vast expense.
