I happen to be irreligious and politically centrist or slightly left of centre, but I heartily deplore the Washington Post reporter's reflexive labelling of the murdered man's political leanings as "far right". Just as from the North Pole all points are south, from the Left Pole all points are right.   Thus by the same token the Washington Post is far left.

  4. In the last election the popular vote for the Conservatives was higher in Ontario than nationally. Higher than in BC. The popular vote for the Liberals was higher in Quebec than nationally by only 1.0%. The Conservatives topped 40% in only two provinces, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

  32. Thumbnail: a map showing the fires across Canada. It was the reason I clicked, because I want to understand the situation nationwide. But it wasn't shown and discussed in the video! No sign of it.👎 Misleading thumbnails showing things that aren't in the video are a huge and rapidly-growing problem on YouTube. They lead to a lot of wasted viewing time and irritation. And decreased trust.
